ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I order online?
Find the collectibles you want, then click the “add to cart” button. Once you’re ready to check out, click the shopping cart at the top of the screen. After making sure all items in your cart are correct, click the “checkout" button to continue. From there, you'll enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completion, you will be given an order number and receive an email confirmation with your order details.
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. Your account is charged once you place your order.
Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss your options for paying with check or money order.
Can I place an order by phone or mail?
Yes, you can place an order by calling (813) 968-1805. To order an item through the mail, you must first call us at (813) 968-1805 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will hold your item(s) for seven days until payment has been received. After payment has cleared, your item(s) will be shipped.
What is the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email which will include the tracking number for your package.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Florida.
